The man I spoke with Lenny was extremely rude. I asked if there was any availability today to golf. He said it depends on when I could get ether. I said I live on the property and I plainly asked the next available time slot he still said it depends on if I have my own golf clubs and if Iโ€™ve golfed before. I said I do have my own clubs but I havenโ€™t golfed before abs he said he wouldnโ€™t LET me golf because Iโ€™d hold everyone up. As a resident of the property I should still have the right to golf and itโ€™s only 9 holes. He needs to watch how he talks to people.

I was very unhappy with my experience. First of all, the front desk lady(Meg), was very mean to me in the clubhouse. She refused to unlock the bathroom, I peed myself on the third tee during my backswing. Even if I had not started to tinkle during my shot, the course provided was not permissive of good play. Overall, mean staff and poor course, bring a change of underwear.

First off the lady Meg at the front desk was extremely rude and have no people skills and does not know how to talk to people. How is she still working there. Worst Iโ€™ve ever dealt with at any golf club and Iโ€™ve golfed everywhere around the metro Detroit area. Then to top it off the grounds were horrendous. Felt like I was playing golf on a shag carpet. I would watch where my balls landed and by the time I reached the area I could not find it due to the conditions of the long unkept grass. They charge $31.50 for 9 holes w/cart on unkept grounds. Iโ€™ve paid $35.00 for 18 holes w/cart and this golf course was well manicured and they have food and a bar. Make it make sense. Somerset golf course shame on you. Lower your prices and maintain your grounds and I bet youโ€™ll get much more business.

Would never golf here again; absolutely horrible experience. Do not golf here. Golfed a 9-hole twilight round and honestly not sure where to begin with the slew of bad experiences that occurred. Iโ€™m fairly sure we were charged the prime time rate instead of the twilight weekday rate. However, the overarching issue was the horrible attitude the woman working at the club house had toward our group. We were a group of mostly beginners, playing a week night twilight round with no one behind us, and yet this women felt the need to chastise us multiple times, even while teeing off on the first hole, that we couldnโ€™t slow down the pace of play and needed to make sure we were done the round by 8pm. Her exact words were โ€œthis is not the time to be learning how to play golf, you guys are going to have to keep pace.โ€ I have never experienced such treatment anywhere Iโ€™ve played. Not only was it unacceptable behaviour as is, quite frankly this course is no where near the quality or calibre where they could feasibly get away with acting like that. The greens were like hitting in shag carpet. Ridiculous. And guess what, we were pulling out of the the parking lot by 7:59 pm. What a joke of a cours

It's is a great golf course. You can walk in and go out right away. I bring my kids there to practice on the putting green and try to golf 9 holes.
